MEMORANDUM OPINION
BARBARA J. HOUSER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This Complaint for Nondischargeability of Debt (the “Complaint”) was tried on May 4, 2000. Universal Bank, N.A. (“Universal” or “Plaintiff’) seeks a determination that its debt is nondischargeable, and a recovery of costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. Debtor seeks a determination that his debt to Universal is dischargeable, a determination that Universal was not substantially justified in bringing the Complaint, and a recovery of costs and reasonable attorney’s fees.
