MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
NUGENT, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the Motion of the Tobacco Defendants (Philip Morris, Inc., R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company (“RJR”), The Tobacco Institute, Inc. (“TI”) and Council for Tobacco Research USA, Inc. (“CTR”)) to Dismiss the Amended Complaint (Document # 78) and the Motion of TI for reconsideration of its Motion to Dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2).
