This is an appeal on questions of law and fact from a judgment granting an injunction in favor of Commonwealth Sanitation Company of Cleveland, Inc., and against Commonwealth Pest Control Company, Commonwealth Exterminating Company, Bernard D. Crosby and Murray M. Kline.

In this opinion the appellee will be designated “Commonwealth,” and the appellants will be called “Crosby and Kline.”
