CIRILLO, Judge:

This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. We affirm.

Following a bench trial before the Honorable William J. Mazzola, appellant David Seibert was convicted of third-degree murder, recklessly endangering another person, and possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver. Post-trial motions were filed and denied. Seibert was sentenced to five to ten years imprisonment on the murder conviction, a concurrent term of one to two years imprisonment on the reckless endangerment conviction, and a concurrent term…
