WIEAND, Judge:

Efrain Cruz-Centeno was tried non-jury and was found guilty of third degree murder and possession of an instrument of crime. Post-trial and supplemental post-trial motions were denied, and Cruz-Centeno was sentenced to serve a term of imprisonment for not less than eight (8) years nor more than sixteen (16) years for third degree murder and a concurrent term of imprisonment for not less than six (6) months nor more than one (1) year for possessing an instrument of crime.
