This action was filed in the district court of Tulsa county by Mrs. Floy Elledge against the Johnson Oil Refining Company, an Illinois corporation, and the Johnson Oil Refining Company, a Delaware corporation, seeking- recovery of damages for the wrongful acts of the defendants in placing a certain quantity of coke in the street immediately south of the place of residence of the plaintiff!.
The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
