(collectively ACI), appeal from the denial of their motion (1) for reconsideration of the order of October 30, 1987, granting the Department of Labor’s (Department’s) petition to enforce its administrative subpoena or, alternatively, (2) to suspend an earlier order of October 9, 1987, which granted the Department’s motion to enforce the subpoena, in effect, ACI’s cross-motion to permit limited discovery and to postpone the hearing on the petition to enforce.
