We shall first consider briefly the locus of the accident as detailed by the plaintiff in connection with the actual physical facts which can not he gainsaid. On the evening of the accident Kenneth Liehhart and Mr. Ford, both residing in the yicinity, were taking plaintiff and another young lady, Miss Sweaney, for a pleasure drive in Liehhart’s Ford touring car, 1924 model, equipped, as Liehhart says, with new brakes and good lawful lights, which had been adjusted as required by law.
