RULING ON MOTION TO REDUCE SENTENCE
BLUMENFELD, District Judge.
On November 4, 1974, this court sentenced the defendant to a two-year prison term for violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(c) (1970), possession of stolen bank funds. He was incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution at Danbury where, on February 21, 1975, he was provided a hearing before the United States Board of Parole (hereinafter “Board”).
