This is a proceeding arising in a case filed under Title 11, U.S.Code and the matter under consideration is the right of Patricia Ann Smith to enjoy the benefits of the exemption laws of this State under Article X, Section 4, of the Constitution of the State of Florida. Her right to exemptions is challenged by Joseph H. Tessier who timely filed an objection to the Debtor’s claim of exemptions, set forth on Schedule B-4 of her Schedules.
