MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO DEBTORS’ CLAIM OF EXEMPTION

This case comes before the court on the Chapter 7 Trustee’s (“Trustee”) Objection *321to Debtor’s Claim of Exemption. [Doe. # 16]. Debtors Jesse James Whitt, Jr. and Mary Kate Whitt both claimed an exemption in a 2007 Chevy Silverado (“Sil-verado”) under the “motor vehicle” exemption provided by Ohio Revised Code Section 2829.66(A)(2). The facts in this matter are not in dispute.
