I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff TruePosition, Inc. (“plaintiff’) filed this patent infringement action against Andrew Corporation (“defendant”) on October 25, 2005, alleging infringement of plaintiffs U.S. Patent No. 5,327,144 (“the '144 patent”). (D.I.l) Plaintiff alleges that defendant’s system for locating cellular telephones, called the Geometrix® Wireless Location System, infringes claims 1, 2, 22, 31 and 32 of the '144 patent.
