We granted certiorari to review the court of appeals' determination that "mental condition," as used in section 16-8-107(8)(b) of the Colorado Revised Statutes, does not include the defendant's intellectual disabilities. 1 Seetion 16-8-107 describes the procedures that a defendant must follow when introducing expert testimony placing his mental condition at issue in trial.
