This case arose out of an action of trespass instituted by the parents and by the father as guardian of a four year old minor child, Robert Haney, for personal injuries to the child sustained when he was struck by an automobile driven by Stella Bobish, appellant, the co-defendant with her brother, the owner of the auto, in the court below. The case was tried before a jury and resulted in a verdict of $356.80 in favor of the parents, which sum represented the amount of the hospital and doctor bills.
