BLACKBURN, Presiding Judge.

In this breach of contract action, Keyingham Investments, LLC and Peter St. Martin (d/b/a Real Estate Solutions Providers, Inc.) appeal from the trial court’s order granting summary judgment to Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and denying summary judgment to them. Keyingham and Martin argue that the plain language of the title commitment contract required Fidelity to issue a title insurance policy that covered their losses caused by a forgery at closing. We agree and reverse.
