Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Broome County (Ray, J.), entered July 23, 2004, which, inter alia, dismissed petitioner’s application, in two proceedings pursuant to Family Ct Act article 4, to hold respondent in violation of a prior order of support.

The parties herein were divorced in 1994. Fursuant to a stipulation agreed upon in open court, Family Court ordered respondent (hereinafter the father) to pay petitioner (hereinafter the mother) $150 per week in child support for the parties’ two unemancipated children, Kristen (born in 1982) and Jacob (born in 1984).
