OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, The JAS Group, Ltd. ("JAS"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas denying JAS's motion for relief from a default judgment in favor of plaintiffs-appellees, Rebecca E. Miller and Otis E. Miller (collectively, "plaintiffs"). For the following reasons, we reverse the trial court's judgment and remand this matter for further proceedings.
