This is a suit in equity brought by the plaintiffs (hereinafter called the union) against the Old South Engraving Company (hereinafter called the old company) and the Old South Photoengraving Corp. (hereinafter called the new company) to enjoin the violation of an agreement entered into between the union and the old company and for damages.
