This is a dispute between Clark Pacific, a construction subcontractor on a public works project, Krump Construction, the general contractor, and Mr. Eric Raecke, Manager of the Nevada Public Works Board, which is responsible for awarding public works contracts in this State. Presently before the court for decision is Plaintiff Clark Pacific’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Doc. # 4).
