The contention that this order is not an appealable order cannot be sustained. The prayer of the petition is that an order be made directing a sale or other disposition of the said bonds, or of such portion thereof as might be necessary, to pay the balance due on the said temporary debt, and the order in question is in terms an order that the prayer of the petitioner be granted.
