This is an appeal by the defendant from a decree of the Circuit Court which, after having granted the plaintiffs an accounting, awarded them judgment against the defendant for the sum of $1,049.25 and also a “judgment and decree against the defendant for the delivery by defendant to plaintiffs of the following described merchandise: * * *” At that point there follows a long list of articles, of which the following are examples: “24 soda glasses”; “1 gallon sweet relish”; “3 gallons olives”; “3 boxes Cinco cigars”.
