This is an action brought by appellee, St. Joseph Bank and Trust Company, as Administrator with the Will annexed of Ida M. Lovett, deceased, seeking a construction of the residuary clause of her will.

The clause in question provided:

“Eighth. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whatever kind and wherever situated, of which I may die possesed, I give, devise and bequeath to The Bible Institute Colportage Association of Chicago, incorporated under the laws of the State of Illinois, with its main office at 843-845 North Wells Street, Chicago, to be used in the publication and…
