[¶ 1] Barbara A. Lewis and her husband appeal from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Knox County, Atwood, J.) affirming three decisions of the Rockport Zoning Board of Appeals, which granted a variance and affirmed the grant of building and flood hazard permits to Marsha Stein-glass and her husband, allowing them to make substantial improvements to their residence. The court affirmed the ZBA decisions on the basis that the Lewises lacked standing.
