Plaintiff, Angelina Landrigan, sued defendants Owens-Coming Fiberglass Corporation and Owens Illinois, Inc. for the personal injuries and death of her husband, Thomas Landrigan, claiming that exposure to defendants’ asbestos had caused his death from colon cancer. She also sued The Celotex Corporation, against which all actions are stayed because it is in bankruptcy.
