MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDERS

WILLIAM L. EDMONDS, Bankruptcy Judge.

In each of these chapter 7 cases, the matter presented is the amount of legal fees and expenses which should be awarded to the attorney for the trustee. In the Raymond and Madalyn Oulman case, the issue is raised by the attorney’s objection to the trustee’s final report. In the bankruptcy of Ronald and Virginia Courson, the attorney applies for fees as part of the trustee’s final report. In each case, James H. Cossitt is the trustee and the attorney for the trustee.
