This cause is before us on error to a judgment of the County Court of Montrose County in favor of defendant in * error. The cause was originally begun in the Police Court of said city by a complaint, which charged that the defendant in error “then and there being, as an officer of The Busy Bee Drug and Candy Company, a corporation, did sell and keep for sale and offer for sale intoxicating liquors within the corporate limits of the City of Montrose, etc.” Upon a trial in Police Court, defendant was found guilty, and appealed to the County Court, where judgment was rendered in his favor, as…
