Mary Sabol and Floyd Jones, Jr. brought this suit by themselves and on behalf of their daughter, Elizabeth SabolJones (“Sabol-Jones”), who was suspended from Walter Payton College Preparatory High School (the “School”) for consuming alcohol on a School-sponsored trip to China.
