In this case, S.L. Industries, Inc. (S.L.) and Extruded Products Corporation (Extruded) petition for review of an order of the National Labor Relations Board (Board) requiring them to cease and desist from discriminating against certain of their employees in violation of sections 8(a)(1) and 8(a)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act (Act), to make those employees whole for losses suffered as a result of such discrimination, and to recognize and bargain collectively with the employees’ union.
