THIS IS a business reorganization case, originally commenced by a petition for re lief filed by Property Management and Investments, Inc. (PMI). Shortly after the commencement of the case, PMI filed an Application and sought an order compelling turnover of properties which were, and still are, in the possession of Thomas R.
