Plaintiff Residential Management (N.Y.) Inc. d/b/a 611 West 158th Street Corp. (“Plaintiff’) commenced this action against Defendant Federal Insurance Company (“Defendant”) in the Supreme Court of the State of New York for the County of Kings on February 17, 2011.
