LANSING, Judge.

Richard Lee McBaine appeals from the district court’s order denying his motion to suppress evidence found in a search of his home that was conducted pursuant to his oral and written consents. The issue presented is whether McBaine’s consents were tainted by *132an earlier unlawful entry of the home by a police officer.
