Affirming.
Andrew E. Auxier brought this suit against the ¿Etna Insurance Company and nine other insurance companies to recover the sum of $883.82 for his services in selling certain real estate to the Pike county board of education. A demurrer was sustained to the petition as amended, and the petition was dismissed. Auxier appeals.
