¶ 1 Appellant Independent School District No. 1 of Tulsa County, Oklahoma (“School District”) appeals the District Court of Tulsa County’s decision to reinstate Appellee Kathy A. Fields (“Fields”), a career teacher, to employment with the Tulsa School District. Given the great deference with which we review the trial court’s findings of fact, as well as the absence of any legal error herein, we are constrained to affirm the trial court’s decision to reinstate Fields.
