The appellant, Riteway Machine Manufacturing Company, Inc., has appealed from a judgment of the trial court granting a motion for a directed verdict made by the appellee, The First National Bank of Tuscumbia. We reverse.

The facts of this case, briefly stated, are as follows: The appellant is a company which manufactures and repairs equipment used in sawmills. The appellant had made repairs on certain sawmill equipment for All-Products, Inc., in Sheffield, Alabama.
