Before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion to Vacate the Order of March 31, 2000 Dismissing Action Pursuant to Rule 41.1(b) of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure and to Reinstate Motion of Counsel for Plaintiff for Leave to Withdraw.

The undisputed facts indicate that on October 12, 1999, after a mediation conference, Plaintiff orally agreed to a settlement.
