{¶ 1} The defendant-appellant, Nigle Standley, appeals the judgment of the Bellefontaine Municipal Court granting summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff-appellee, Sharon Bickham, as executor of the estate of Leyette Neal. On appeal, Standley contends that the trial court erred by granting summary judgment, that the trial court erred by finding that defendant was not authorized to act as he did, and that the trial court erred by failing to apply the indemnification/hold-harmless clause of the contract.
