This is a civil action for unfair competition, false representation of goods in violation of section 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a), trademark infringement, and violation of New York’s anti-dilution statute, N.Y.Gen.Bus.Law § 368-d.
