On July 11, 1975, the defendant husband, Dorsey H. Delavigne, Jr. (Dorsey), filed in this court his petition under 28 U.S.C. § 1443 for removal of a proceed ing filed in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland, by his wife, Denise F. Delavigne (Denise), for divorce, custody of their minor children, alimony, support and maintenance of their minor children and related relief.
