THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand (Dkt. 12) and Defendant Jackson Hewitt, Inc.’s Response in Opposition (Dkt; 15). The Court, having considered the motion, response, and being otherwise advised in the premises, concludes that the motion should be denied because Defendant J.H. Investment Services, Inc. was fraudulently joined.
