This bankruptcy appeal arises under Title 28 U.S.C. § 158 and Rule 8001 of the Bankruptcy Rules. Debtor-Appellant, J. Barry McLaughlin, appeals from the bankruptcy court’s order dismissing his Motion to Show Cause Why Creditor I.R.S.
