This is an appeal from the decree of the probate court for the district of Westminster, directing the executor of the will of Henry Woolley, deceased, to pay to the testate’s widow the sum of two thousand dollars as part of her distributive share of her husband’s estate, in addition to the homestead. The court below, after hearing on the merits, affirmed the decree of the *62probate court with costs, and the case is here on appellant’s exceptions.
