ORDER SETTING PRIORITY BETWEEN MECHANIC’S LIEN CLAIMANTS AND MORTGAGEE

The sole issue on trial is the determination of priority between the mechanic’s lien claimants and the mortgagee led by Bank of America, N.A. as administrative agent for Bank of America, N.A., U.S. Bank N.A., TierOne Bank, Regions Bank, and Compass Bank (“BOA”).
