*831Carpinello, J. Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent North Colonie Central School District Board of Education which terminated petitioner’s employment.

Following an administrative hearing pursuant to Civil Service Law § 75, petitioner was terminated from her position as a teacher aide for stealing money from the kindergarten classroom to which she was assigned.
