The plaintiff has moved for the discovery and inspection of a certain statement taken by a representative of the defendant’s insurance carrier from the plaintiff on or about June 10, 1957.

The plaintiff sues to recover for injuries received in an automobile accident on the New York State Thruway seven miles east of Amsterdam, New York on May 11, 1957. In her attorney’s moving affidavit it appears that he was retained on June 1, 1957 and instituted the action in behalf of the plaintiff on June 27,1957.
