John H. Scott and Forrester H. Scott conveyed to William A. Reynolds, at the request of George S. Bond by . deed dated May 4, 1909, and recorded May 7, 1909, a piece of land situated in the City of Philadelphia and at the same timé an agreement was entered into by Reynolds and Bond with the Scotts which recited the vendors were loaning to the vendees the sum of $6,000, as part of the purchase:price of the land, which sum was to be secured on the land and paid out of proceeds of sale made within two years.
