This was a proceeding in equity to determine the ownership of sixty shares of stock of the Mortgage Building & Loan Association. Prior to December 31, 1924, Willig was the owner of a property, subject to two mortgages; the first of $20,000 held by the Mc-Curdy Estate and the second for $10,000 held by the Mortgage B. & L. Association. The second mortgage was created by Willig and contained the usual provisions for the payment of dues, etc., and for the production of receipts for taxes and water rents and both mortgages were accompanied by the usual bonds and warrants of…
