Affirming.
The State Board' of Health on November 30, 1912, notified Dr. George W. Forman to appear before the board at a meeting to be held on January 8, 1913, when the board would determine whether his license to practice medicine in this State should be revoked. He there*124upon brought this suit to enjoin the board from proceeding in the matter on the ground that the statute under which the board acted was. void. On final hearing the circuit court dismissed the petition; the plaintiff appeals.
