Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Louise Gruner Gans, J.), entered on or about July 30, 2001, which, upon findings that respondent General Electric Company (GE) had engaged in deceptive practices violative of Executive Law § 63 (12) and General Business Law § 349, set forth procedures pursuant to which GE would compensate certain consumers who had purchased replacements for GE’s defective dishwashers, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
