On the 25th day of July, 1892, appellant^ filed his amended complaint in an action of replevin in the probate court of Oklahoma county, against appellee, for the recovery of a stock of liquors and bar and saloon furniture, of the alleged value of eight hun■dred and seventy five dollars, of which appellant avered he was the owner and entitled to the immediate possession, and that said goods and chattels had been Wrongfully taken and were unlawfully detained by appellee from applicant, to the damage of appellant of one hundred and twenty-five…
