Ronald L. Branson (“Branson”) filed a § 1983 suit against the defendants for actions taken after his arrest for tampering with an automobile. This appeal concerns the district court’s order dismissing Bran-son’s claim against Patricia G. Schwartz (“Schwartz”), Commissioner of the Los An-geles Municipal Court on the basis of judicial immunity. We dismiss for lack of appellate jurisdiction.
